There are no prices on this site. What an item costs depends on your volume, your pack size, your specification, where it goes and how much notice you can give — so we quote against a programme rather than publish a list.

What a quotation is priced against.
- Annual volume
- High volume materially changes unit cost and freight per piece.
- Pack size
- Your consumption and storage decide the most economical pack.
- Specification
- Grade, diameter, formulation, strength and any printing.
- Delivery point
- Kenya stock, Ethiopia supply or consolidated import each change landed cost.
- Lead time
- Grafting demand is seasonal. Forecast visibility buys stock allocation.
The supply programme.
For anyone grafting at volume, spot orders are the wrong instrument. A stock-out is not a delay in this business — it is a missed window that cannot be recovered until the next cycle.
- Framework agreement
- Specification, indicative annual volume and commercial terms, agreed once for the year.
- Monthly call-offs
- You release quantities against the framework as your schedule requires. No renegotiation per order.
- Buffer stock
- Held against an agreed volume commitment, so an upstream delay is our problem rather than yours.
- Quarterly price review
- For imported and currency-exposed lines, on a mechanism agreed in advance rather than ad-hoc.
- Documentation
- Data sheets, safety data sheets, certificates of analysis and batch records, issued with consignment.
- Farm-specific packs
- A consolidated monthly pack built to your house rather than to our catalogue.
- Consumption review
- Quarterly: usage, stock-outs, product performance, and cost per surviving plant.

Assumptions
- Sleeves include 3% handling wastage.
- Trays are the total grafts divided by the tray's cell count, rounded up.
- Media allows a 15% fill over-run on top of cell volume.
- Thermal sleeves are supplied at 1 per tray.
- Batch cards are issued one per 1,000 units, rounded up.
- Logbooks are issued one per 25,000 units, rounded up.
- Sanitiser is costed at 0.083 L per 1 000 units — 10 L of 1 000 ppm from PRO-SAN 12.
The consumable is half of it.
A sleeve is only as good as the cut it sits on and the bench it sits under. Technical support is part of the supply rather than something sold against it.
