Specifications are held to batch and tolerances are stated rather than implied. Where a figure depends on your crop, your tray or your irrigation, we say so instead of publishing a number that will not hold.

How to read a specification.

Bore
The inside diameter of a sleeve, measured across. Match it to the thicker of scion and rootstock.
Wall
Sleeve thickness. Heavier walls hold more firmly and release later.
Fraction
The particle size range of a growing medium. Finer holds more water; coarser drains faster.
Conductivity
How much dissolved salt a medium carries. It rises under repeated misting.
